At Arizona Fine Time, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that certain limited edition or special order items may be subject to specific restocking terms.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original brand box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and promotional gifts, inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
